2. Table Reservations & Bookings

Accuracy: When booking, you must provide accurate contact and group size information.

Holding Tables: We will hold your table for 15 minutes past your reservation time. After this period, the table may be released to other guests.

Large Groups: Bookings for 8 or more people may require a non-refundable deposit or a pre-order of meals as specified at the time of booking.
3. Food & Allergies

Menu Availability: All menu items (Smash Burgers, Wings, etc.) are subject to availability.

Allergies: It is your responsibility to inform our staff of any food allergies or intolerances before ordering. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment due to the nature of our open kitchen.
4. Alcohol Policy (Licensing Scotland Act 2005)

In accordance with Scottish Licensing Laws, we operate a "Challenge 25" policy. If you appear under 25, you will be asked for valid ID (Passport or Driving License) to purchase alcohol.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or behaves in a disorderly manner.
5. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including logos, "For Little Humans" branding, and food photography, is the property of Oasis Cafe Bar & Bistro.

6. Online Orders & Payments

Payments made via our website are processed securely.

Once an online order is placed and preparation has begun, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
7. Limitation of Liability
