Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Oasis, we strive to provide the best food and service. This policy outlines our procedures for refunds and cancellations in accordance with Scottish and UK consumer laws.
1. Food and Beverages
As we serve perishable goods, the standard right to cancel (Cooling-off period) does not apply to food and drink once the order has started being prepared.

In-Cafe Orders: If there is a significant problem with your meal (e.g., incorrect order, quality issue, or safety concern), please notify our staff immediately. We will offer a replacement or a full/partial refund at our discretion.

Takeaway/Online Orders: If you receive the wrong item or if an item is missing, please contact us within 1 hour of collection/delivery to arrange a refund or a voucher.
2. Table Reservations & Deposits

Standard Bookings: We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations.

Deposits: For large groups or special events where a deposit is required, deposits are non-refundable if cancelled less than 48 hours before the booking time, unless otherwise agreed.

No-Shows: In the event of a no-show without prior notice, any pre-paid deposits will be forfeited.
3. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
4. How Refunds are Processed

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (e.g., back to your debit/credit card).

Please allow 5-10 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
5. Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a service is not provided with reasonable care and skill, you may be entitled to a repeat performance or a price reduction.
